Flower Mound families — **NoteWise Music Academy** is open at our Flower Mound studio with conservatory-caliber lessons for every level.
Our new home is at **6021 Morriss Road, Suite 111 · Flower Mound, TX 75028** — directly next to **Marcus High School** and just minutes from Highland Village, Lewisville, Coppell, and Grapevine.
Why We Chose Flower Mound
Flower Mound is one of the fastest-growing, most family-focused communities in North Texas — and Marcus High School has one of the strongest performing-arts traditions in the state. When Flower Mound families kept driving 30+ minutes to reach our Denton flagship, we knew it was time to come to you.
Our Morriss Road studio was designed from the ground up as a music school: acoustically treated private lesson rooms, a bright reception and family lounge, and easy parking right at the front door. It's the kind of space where students actually *want* to spend their afternoons.
What We Teach
Our Flower Mound studio offers private, one-on-one instruction in:
- **Piano** — classical, pop, jazz, and worship styles
- **Guitar** — acoustic, electric, and bass
- **Voice** — musical theatre, contemporary, and classical
- **Violin, viola, and cello**
- **Drums and percussion**
- **Ukulele, saxophone, flute, clarinet**, and more — **25+ instruments** in total
Every student — ages 3 through adult — is placed on our proprietary **Musical Ladder®** curriculum: a step-by-step, goal-driven program with real, measurable milestones (yes, actual wristbands and awards). It's the same program that made our Denton flagship the top-rated music studio in North Texas.
Right Next to Marcus High School
For families in the Marcus HS attendance zone, our location on Morriss Road couldn't be more convenient. Drop off after school, run an errand, and pick up a student who just had 30 focused minutes with a professional instructor — no freeway, no fighting rush hour.
We're already coordinating with Marcus band, orchestra, and choir students who want private lessons to accelerate their playing. If your student is preparing for **All-Region auditions, UIL solo & ensemble, or college auditions**, our instructors know exactly what those judges want to hear.
What Makes NoteWise Different
Three things families tell us again and again:
1. **Real professionals, not college students.** Our instructors are full-time, degreed, career musicians and educators — many with 10+ years of teaching experience.
2. **Structure that actually works.** The Musical Ladder® gives students visible progress. Kids see the goal, hit it, and stay motivated.
3. **No contracts.** We're month-to-month. Enroll for one month or ten years — no penalties, no pressure.
Lesson Times Fill Up
Because instructor time is finite, the times families ask for go first. Families who book now can:
- Lock in a lesson day and time that fits the week
- Meet their instructor at the studio
- Start before the most requested after-school times are gone
