Teacher Jade is a passionate musician, educator, and performer with over two years of teaching experience. She specializes in violin, piano, and voice instruction, bringing a strong foundation in classical, musical theatre, jazz, and gospel genres. Jade’s teaching philosophy centers on tailoring lessons to meet each student’s unique needs and inspiring them to explore their artistic potential. She fosters a collaborative and encouraging learning environment, believing that teaching is a shared journey of growth for both instructor and student.
Jade recently graduated with her Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance with a focus on Violin at the University of North Texas College of Music, and serves as the Orchestra Area Representative for the North Texas Music Educators Association. She began her studies in Orchestral Music Education and Violin Performance at Rutgers University. Jade is an internationally recognized artist, having earned prestigious awards, including the Gold Prize in the Voice Advanced Category at the Cambridge Music Competition (UK, 2022) and 2nd place in the Adult Popular Voice category at the Music International Grand Prix (NYC, 2023).
Jade’s performance experience spans renowned venues and events such as the Black Tie Cinematic Symphony in Brooklyn, NY, and the Jazz Aspen Academy Afro-Caribbean Session in Aspen, CO. She has also been featured on WFAA Dallas Daybreak Morning News, showcasing her versatility as both a vocalist and instrumentalist.
Jade is excited to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to NoteWise Music Academy, where she looks forward to helping students of all ages grow musically and discover their unique musical voices.
